Policies & Procedures

Cancellation Policy:

24 Hour notice is required for all cancellations. Less than 24 hours will result in a late notice cancellation fee of 50% of service. No call/no shows will result in fee of 100% of service.

Please understand that when you cancel or forget about your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time and clients on our waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services they need.

Arrival:

Please arrive a minimum of 5 minutes prior to the start of your reservation time. Late arrival will limit the time of your treatment. As a courtesy to our other guests, treatment times may not be extended so that others may begin on time. The full value of the treatment will still be charged.

Gift cards:

Boyertown Medical Massage is not responsible for lost or stolen gift cards. Gift cards are non-refundable.  Gift Cards are available in-store or online.

Gratuities:

Gratuities are at your discretion and should reflect your satisfaction with our services. Cash or Venmo gratuities are recommended and much appreciated.

Underage/Minor:

We gladly see anyone under the age of 18 with parent/guardians permission. Parent/guardians must remain in the building at all times and sign a form for permission.


Payment:

Cash is preferred however, we accept all major credit cards. All payments using a Card will be subject to a service fee of 3%. This includes online booking as well. Please present discounts, gift vouchers and gift cards at the time of booking. Discounts do not apply to memberships, packages, promotions, special events or holidays. Prices are subject to change without notice.

Product return policy:

Returns must be made within 7 days of the original purchase with a receipt to receive credit or make an exchange. There are no refunds for services.
