Kay Taylor, Reiki Practitioner
Pottstown
My passion is connecting with my clients and reflecting to them how powerful and capable they truly are! Reiki promotes the body’s relaxation response and natural healing ability by releasing congestion from energy centers to enable a good flow of energy throughout the body. “Laying on of hands” on these energy centers (chakras) helps channel universal light and love through a practitioner to a client. Benefits of Reiki - relieves pain and discomfort - reduces stress and anxiety - awakens intuition and self awareness - relieves depression - strengthens self-esteem - increase blood flow and circulation - strengthens immune system - releases toxins and smooths digestion - can help with acute (injuries) and chronic problems (asthma, eczema, headaches, ect) - reduces side effects of drugs and helps the body to recover from drug therapy after surgery and chemotherapy - aids relaxation and improve sleep - removes energy blockages and adjusts the energy flow of the endocrine system by bringing the body into balance and harmony
